she's a 4 month old pug puppy. She likes to bite and tooth your feet, shoe laces, pantlegs etc. especially when you're walking. I've tried everything. But what's the best way to break that?
How can I get my puppy to stop biting and our feet, pants and legs?
i had one that used to do that. shes just trying to get your attention. give it to her and play with her more.
Reply:Get the puppy something that it will be allowed to chew on like a soft toy or a piece of rawhide. Puppies teeth just like babies do.
If the puppy still wants tp bite your pants leg, then get it a collar and leash and take it to obedience training.
Reply:Well thats normal, thier curious about everything and want to use their teeth, so get her lots of toys and she will eventually stop biting, unless you make her on purpose but dont do that.
Reply:Firstly, ignore it as much as you can when she does it.
Secondly, try putting some pepper on your shoes and legs for a week, that should put her off biting.
