5 month puppy lost broke a tooth?

my 5 month old puppys teeth came out yesterday (it didn't get chipped the whole tooth came off) it was one of his back teeth i am worried that this won't grow back because i heard puppys get there adult teeth 5-6 months but he is already just turned 5 month. I think the tooth is in the garbage so pelase someone tell me what to do?

5 month puppy lost broke a tooth?
One of the last teeth they loose before their adult teeth are all in is their molars! Your pup just lost his! He will grow another one in!

5 months old is the right time to loose these molars so you need not worry ok!
Reply:take him to the vet

:]
Reply:your dog is losing his puppy teeth,,,,, RELAX
Reply:He didn't break a tooth, he's just losing his milk teeth. He'll be fine. Make sure he has teething toys available to make the progress more comfortable. Get a Chilly Bone (cloth bone that you can freeze) or a puppy Kong.
Reply:Don't worry, its normal. You'll probably see more little teeth lying around soon too. He'll be growing in his adult teeth soon. The vet will want to take a look and make sure that they are all falling out, if not, they'll want to take them out (to make room for the new ones) around 6 months when he gets neutered. Make sure there are lots of chew toys around, his gums are probably sore so you don't want him "teething" on your sofa! Damp washcloth put in the freezer is great, the cold will help to soothe his gums. You could even freeze some carrot sticks and give him those for a healthy treat.
Reply:Was it a small "weak" looking tooth? 5-6 months is a "guesstimate" on when pups lose their teeth, and the back teeth are the last ones to go. If there isn't any gum damage, or the tooth isn't broken, the it's probably just his regular tooth coming out.
Reply:It is a tooth don't worry to much it will grow back about in a month.
Reply:relax... it is ok. Is there any pain when you touch his gums.. is it bleeding a lot? These are reasons to take to the vet.

Just be gentle in leash work, and if possible try to avoid it. If he is cutting teeth, the pressure from a collar is uncomfortable. go with a harness for now...
