Please help!! im comfused bout my puppy :(?
Hey Gracie

Dont panick, puppys are like us, they have baby teeth. Keep letting him chew as this will help to get rid of the baby teeth and to help the others push through.

Chewing will also keep the new teeth that push through strong and healthy.

Hope this eases your mind!

Reply:They have 2 sets. The adult ones will come in fairly soon and be alot less sharp.
Reply:He's teething. Dogs have two sets of teeth just like humans do. Make sure you provide lots of chew toys for the next few weeks and don't be surprised if he seems to forget everything he's learned so far (including potty training) as teething is very very distracting to puppies.
Reply:Don't worry. Dogs do indeed have two sets of teeth just like humans.

So he's just chewing away to help the process of the milk teeth falling out.
Reply:Gogs lose teeth like we do. They will grow back as he gets older. My dog had a baby tooth taken out when she was spayed.
Reply:awww bless he is teething, mine started to lose his baby teeth at around that age, then they get the big teeth that look alot meaner when they give you a smile .
Reply:I wouldn't worry about it, the teeth will grow back. if he is chewing on things like towels, socks, blankets. his teeth can get snaged easily and it can cause him to pull a tooth out. get him things to chew on that will not catch his teeth. plastic toys are good, small raw hide bones, or even a peice of wood. keep all cloth Items up out of his way, this should keep his teeth where they belong.
Reply:Don't panic - he's only losing his baby teeth. I panicked when mine did the same. The new ones will soon come through. Enjoy you puppy.
Reply:He's just losing his baby teeth, he'll be just fine
Reply:don't worry. on that ages, it's comon loosing teeth. coz it's time for dogs changing their small teeth into the stronger ones. don't worry.... except if your dog get infection, you should take ur dog into vet. but it's rarely happens.
Reply:First teeth are called milk teeth.

The adult teeth will come in soon.

Don't be worried,all is fine.
Reply:htis looks like a problem, u shud probably see a vet
Reply:Yes, dogs are like humans and they will loose puppy teeth. This is the age where this will happen. It can start as early and 3 1/2 mos and can last for a few months. Give him chew toys to help it along...he'll be just fine.
Reply:They have two sets of teeth, don't worry! He's just like a baby, he's gonna chew on things, his teeth are gonna fall out, and new ones will come back in. The new ones will be sharper for adult food.
Reply:Yes, they do. Puppies chew because they are getting ready to lose the baby teeth. You rarely find those baby teeth!
Reply:When you bought your cell phone, did you read your "owners manual"?

If you have a dog, you shouldn't be asking such a question.

Get at least few books on puppy training and dogs in general, and actually read them

Best of luck.
Reply:Chill out! :) Dogs are like children in that they loose their baby teeth. She will probably have all of her adult teeth come in around 6-7 months. Don't worry! :)
Reply:Awww thats not nice. well..... take her to the vet and see if she has done it or its meant to be like that...
