Puppies have no manners or social boundaries. Your older dog isn't being mean, he's teaching the pup how to behave. He'll be fine. Try not to interfere - your older dog will probably have to tell your pup many times what is not acceptable!
Reply:watching them is a good thing alot of it is the older dog teaching the pup manners. as long as the older dog does not hurt the pup even a growl to nip is normal
Reply:The older dog is explaining the rules to the puppy and teaching him manners. As long as he is not damaging the puppy this is NORMAL behavior and is just fine.

Reply:Just supervise the interaction but it is good to let the dogs work things out themselves. Dogs are better teachers than us and your older dog will let him know what is acceptable and what is not. Unless your older dog is being too rough, better to let them deal with things in their dog pack.
